1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okjil ("okjil," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the okjil online gaming platform available at okjil.net, including all associated games, features, promotions, loyalty programs, and support services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. Okjil reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the okjil Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style online gaming under applicable Philippine regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as players.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming platforms is lawful at the time of each session.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by okjil or by any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of okjil or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have had a previous okjil account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.

Okjil reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Okjil makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any specific location outside the Philippines.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the okjil Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Okjil is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify okjil support immediately.

Okjil reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where it suspects a violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Okjil accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Okjil reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: Processed in real time for verified accounts; may take up to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: Processed within the same business day for standard accounts; Platinum loyalty tier members receive priority processing.

Okjil does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or processing charges, for which okjil accepts no responsibility. Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 5.

Okjil complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be subject to enhanced due diligence, temporary holds, or reporting to relevant authorities as required by law.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Okjil may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Not all games on the Platform may contribute equally to wagering requirements.
• Okjil reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed, and to void any bonus where it suspects abuse, exploitation, or a breach of these Terms.
• Players may only claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the okjil Platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by okjil, its staff, or any player. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages and house margins for each game represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. Okjil accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, okjil will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's wallet. Okjil's decision in such matters is final.

Bets placed and accepted by the Platform are binding. Okjil does not accept requests to cancel or reverse bets after they have been confirmed, except where a technical error on okjil's part is established.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, at any time, engage in any of the following conduct while using the okjil Platform:

• Use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploit any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software. Any such discovery must be reported to okjil support immediately. Exploiting a known bug for financial gain constitutes fraud.
• Collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or game information in real time, or otherwise coordinate play in a manner that undermines the integrity of any game.
• Use the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws or regulations in the Philippines.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with okjil.
• Attempt to access another player's account, intercept communications, or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure in any way.
• Engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward okjil staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Circumvent any self-exclusion, account suspension, or access restriction imposed by okjil or any regulatory authority.

Okjil reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this section. Where a violation is confirmed, okjil may void all affected bets and winnings, suspend or permanently terminate the account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the okjil Platform — including but not limited to the okjil brand name and logo, game graphics, audio, animations, software, user interface design, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of okjil or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of okjil.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to okjil regarding the Platform may be used by okjil without restriction or compensation to you.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okjil, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

Okjil's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okjil account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Okjil does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Okjil makes no representations regarding the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okjil's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Privacy and Data

Okjil collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Okjil implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk when using any online platform.

Okjil will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

Okjil is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling involves financial risk, and you should never wager more than you can afford to lose.

Okjil provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Okjil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okjil will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting okjil support.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and okjil, you agree to first contact okjil support to seek an informal resolution. Okjil will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Okjil's decisions regarding game outcomes, account status, bonus eligibility, and fair play determinations are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
